Job description
In the team, you will work on the European project KINAITICS (https://kinaitics.eu/), which aims to explore new defense strategies against attacks on Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS).
CPS are deployed in various domains such as robotics, aerospace, automotive, energy, healthcare, transportation, etc., and consist of three main components: the command (sensors and actuators), the communication module, and the computation module.
Each component can be targeted by attacks, and the goal of the project is to develop AI-based defense strategies through several real-world use cases in order to make CPS resilient to those attacks.
In this position, your missions will consist of:
· Analyzing real-world use cases of the project
· Analyzing attack typologies
· Developing the attack scenario for some use cases
· Developing AI-based defense strategies
· Implementing and evaluating the effectiveness of the developed countermeasures
· Participating in consortium meetings and presenting the work progress to project partners
· Promoting the work through the drafting of technical notes, deliverables or publications.
