Job description
CEA Leti is a leading laboratory for emerging non-volatile memory technologies. Memory components such as ReRAM (Resistive RAM), PCRAM (Phase Change RAM) and FeRAM (Ferroelectric RAM) are developed and manufactured in our clean rooms in collaboration with our industrial and academic partners. The LCEF (Laboratory of Electrical Characterization and Reliability) has the mission to test and characterize all these technologies, from single devices intended for studies of physical understanding of materials, to more complex memory arrays for applications ranging from data storage, in memory computing (IMC), up to on-chip neuromorphic applications.
In this context, the LCEF is looking for an "Electrical Characterization Engineer for Innovative Memories". Motivated by cutting-edge technological research, you will be part of a dynamic team in charge of the entire test flow of memory components.
Your mission will cover the following aspects:
- Performing electrical tests and characterizations of memory devices on automatic or semi-automatic test benches following methodologies developed in the laboratory.
- Development of test algorithms coded in Python or C/C++.
. Improvement of measurement methodologies.
- Data processing, extraction of relevant parameters from memory devices and writing of test reports.
- Participation and communication of results in project team meetings or in front of the customer.
